At Index Fasteners, we strive to ship your order quickly and accurately. Ground orders for in-stock items generally ship the same day if received by 12pm local warehouse time (Monday–Friday). Our preferred carrier is UPS, though we can accommodate other carriers upon request. We have distribution centers in California and Virginia, shipping from the location closest to you to reduce costs and transit times. **International shipping is available worldwide, subject to U.S. regulations. Additionally, we offer drop shipping and blind shipping** for your convenience.

Return Policy:

For a smooth return process, please follow these steps for eCommerce orders:

  1. Check the Return Policy: Available under "Shipping & Returns" on our website.
  2. Log In: Access the "My Orders" section.
  3. Find Your Order: Select the order you wish to return.
  4. Request a Return: Complete and submit the return form.
  5. Await Confirmation: Our team will guide you through the next steps.

All returns are subject to prior approval and must be reported within 10 days of receipt. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Tool and die sales are final. A 10% restocking fee may apply unless refunded via store credit. Shipping fees, duties, or taxes are non-refundable.
